Discuss the Printz winner and honor book(s). Winners will be announced at the ALA Mid-Winter Virtual Conference. 

We will begin the discussion as one group to talk about the Printz winner. After discussing the winner, participants will be placed into breakout rooms to discuss an honor book. 

This year's Printz Award winner is: Everything Sad Is Untrue (a true story), by Daniel Nayeri

Breakout group 1 will discuss the following honor book: 
Apple (Skin to the Core), by Eric Gansworth

Breakout group 2 will discuss the following honor book: 
Dragon Hoops, created by Gene Luen Yang, color by Lark Pien

Breakout group 3 will discuss the following honor book: 
Every Body Looking, by Candice Iloh

Breakout group 4 will discuss the following honor book: 
We Are Not Free, by Traci Chee

Participants in this discussion will earn 2 CE credits. A link to join the discussion will be sent to registrants the morning of the event. This program will not be recorded.
